Overview
One system. Different products, audiences, and stories.
Over five years, I designed responsive digital experiences across mobile, wearables, audio, and B2B products
for recurring U.S. flagship launches. The challenge was creating distinct product stories within an
established system, fixed launch requirements, and a limited set of global assets. My role was to shape
how those stories came to life digitally—defining hierarchy, narrative flow, responsive behavior, and visual
communication for the U.S. market.

The scope
Working across audiences, products, and launch cycles
Working across audiences, products, and launch cycles
Working across audiences, products, and launch cycles
One ecosystem,
different audiences
Consumer flagships, tablets, wearables, and B2B products required different levels of storytelling and product education.
Global system,
local market
Global assets and guidelines need to be translated into experiences that work for the U.S. market and commerce context.
Fast-moving launches, consistent quality
Parallel launches and compressed timelines required fast decisions without losing visual, interaction,
or accessibility standards.
Selected design decisions
Different products called for different design decisions.
Different products called for different design decisions.
Across launches, different content and communication goals called for different approaches. Brining together
product requirements, content, and cross-functional input, I shaped each experience around what customers
needed to understand, from building credibility and supporting comparison to bringing product features to life.

Another design challenge
Making complex information easier to explore
Making complex information easier to explore
Reorganized a content-heavy experience around clearer sections, comparisons, and structured modules
—making information easier to scan while creating a more engaging visual rhythm.
01 Stronger visual hierarchy
02 Information in the right format
03 Organized around customer questions

Strategic reflection
Designing at scale is an exercise in judgement

Across launches, the goal wasn't to make every product experience look the same. Working across different
products and audiences taught me that consistency doesn't mean sameness—the challenge was knowing what
should remain systematic and where hierarchy, storytelling, and interaction needed to adapt to the product and
story being told.
